We use a special process to extract an extra intense flavour from our locally grown Rhubarb.
We're currently on the new season rhubarb - still pink and sharp. The colour changes and the flavours mellow as it ages. Mixed or straight our Rhubarb gin will knock you out with the intense rhubarb flavour hit.
